The State

Water governs emotional flow, lunar rhythm, and what accumulates in the body when feeling has been held back. It asks for movement — not management.

    Harvested on Ivanje (midsummer). Brings solar energy to the heart. For lifting and opening.

  • Lavanda (Lavender) Lavandula angustifolia

    Harvested at dusk. Calms emotional tides. One drop at the sternum before sleep.

  • Matičnjak (Lemon Balm) Melissa officinalis

    For anxiety and emotional balance. Hot infusion, 7 minutes. One cup in the evening.

The Water Ritual Starter — 3 minutes
  1. Drink a full cup of water slowly. One deliberate swallow at a time.
  2. Exhale audibly three times. Let the sound be louder than feels comfortable.
  3. Say once: "I let it move." Permission, not a prayer.
